Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between StrategyFrame GmbH, hereinafter referred to as StrategyFrame, and the participants of StrategySummit 23.

Group of participants

The event is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs, advisory board members, managing directors, executives, WHU students, and representatives from academia and research.

Registration 

Through our website you can book tickets to the event by following the designated link in our store. We reserve the right to check your registration along our circle of participants. Registration becomes legally binding upon ticket purchase. StrategyFrame reserves the right to participate. Proof of InPraxi affiliation or student ID may be required by the organizer.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

In the event of cancellation of registration from four weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the participant fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation of registration from two weeks before the start of the event or in the event of no-show, WHU will charge the full participation fee. You may name substitute participants. In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in good time. In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use), or are only able to do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss of value. This may mean that you must nevertheless fulfill the contractual payment obligations for the period until revocation. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation, for us with its receipt.

The documents of the event are protected by copyright. The reproduction, distribution or other use of the documents is only permitted with the written consent of StrategyFrame.

Privacy

StrategyFrame will treat the data provided by the participant confidentially and will only use it in accordance with data protection regulations. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of the event.

Image and video recording

With the registration, the organizer is granted permission to take photographs and film recordings during the conference and to use these recordings in connection with the event for public relations and documentation, analog and digital.

Change of the program

We reserve the right to make any changes to the program and speakers that may become necessary in exceptional cases, to a reasonable extent and while maintaining the overall character of the event.

Cancellation of the event

The organizer is entitled to cancel the event at any time, especially in case of insufficient registrations. In such cases, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further claims for damages are excluded.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction and place of performance

German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As far as legally permissible, Koblenz is agreed as the place of performance and jurisdiction.

Invalidity of individual clauses

Pursuant to Section 305 (1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the invalidity of a clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
