CEO Christian Underwood is an entrepreneur and consultant with over 15 years of consulting experience in strategy, transformation and innovation processes in SMEs, family and publicly listed companies. He holds a Master's degree in Political Science South Asia from the University of Heidelberg, an MBA in General Management from WHU and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from EMERITUS (MIT Sloan + Columbia Business School).
The Chairman of the Advisory Board Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weigand is Professor of Microeconomics and Industrial Economics at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Oliver Kern is Chief Product & Learning Officer and responsible for the digital strategy tool. The Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA graduate previously worked forBAYER AG for 24 years, including as Head of Organizational Change & Communication and Head of SkillCamp.
